BITUMEN AND POLYMERIC INSULATING MASTIC «OZOM-Т»

Intended for anti-corrosion protection of external surfaces of underground major gas- and oil pipelines, gas distribution networks jointly with combined insulation coatings.

The bitumen and polymeric insulating mastic «OZOM-Т» is made of a composition of bitumen, polymers, plasticizers, elastomeric materials, resins and various fillers.

«OZOM-Т» mastic is subdivided into the grades: «90» and «100».

«OZOM-Т» mastic grade «90» has a softening point at 90 °С.

«OZOM-Т» mastic grade «100» has a softening point at 100 °С.

APPLICATION

Applied for making basic repairs (re-insulation), construction or reconstruction of pipelines of less than 1,220 mm dia. at temperature of the transported product below +50 °C. Used for mechanized (with the aid of insulating machines) or manual application on pipeline surface.
