01.06.1965

By Resolution of the Black Sea Council of Economy No.244 of 31.05.1965, the wallpaper production shop of the Roofing Materials Plant was detached as an independent enterprise named «Odessa Wallpaper Factory» as of 01.06.1965 and located at 108 Balkovskaya St. (former Frunze St.), Odessa.

1965

Production of letterpress wallpaper at two MTO-130 machines (wallpaper stamp printing machines) and two PVR printing machines (8-colour printing rotary presses) made by «Rybinsk Printing Equipment Plant».

Wallpaper output equalled 3 m standard rolls (1 standard roll = 3 m2)..

1966

Two PVR machines (8-colour printing rotary presses) made by «Rybinsk Printing Equipment Plant» were installed.

A workshop for making metal printing rollers (moulds) was set up.

Wallpaper output reached 11 m standard rolls.

Design era.

1972

Four wallpaper making machines of Ulias Fisher (Germany) were installed.

A section for producing wooden printing rollers was set up.

1973

Amalgamation of «Odessa Experimental Plant of Construction Materials», «Odessa Plant of Dry and Flushed Paints», «Odessa Wallpaper Factory», «Odessa Central Experimental Works» to form «Odessa Integrated Works of Finishing Materials».

1974

Commissioning of production of dry lime-wash paints.

Installation of 2 wallpaper production machines of Ulias Fisher, Germany.

1975

Reconstruction of the metal printing roller (moulds) production shop.

Wallpaper output reached 18,000,000 standard rolls.

1976

«Odessa Plant of Wallpaper and Paints» renamed to «Odessa Research Plant of Wallpaper and Paints».

Installation of 2 printing machines of Ulias Fisher, Germany.

1978

«Odessa Research Plant of Wallpaper and Paints» renamed to PJSC «OZOM».

1979–1980

Construction and commissioning of the production and administrative and amenity block at 5 Kievskoye shosse, Odessa.

1980

Five processing lines for making letterpress wallpaper made by «Fischer», Germany were installed.

Wallpaper output reached 19 m of standard rolls.

1985

Wallpaper output reached 22.6 m of standard rolls.

1987

Commencement of reconstruction of the plant for producing PVC film for doubling linoleum and installation of the calender machine and 4-colour printing machine.

Reconstruction of the administrative and amenity complex.

1988

27.01.1988 — elected Director by the labour collective.

Completion of the plant reconstruction.

Installation of the 20 m sq.m. capacity calender line for producing PVC film for doubling linoleum made by «ERMAFA — Sondermaschinen und Anlagenbau GmbH», Germany.

Four-colour printing line of «RAMISH KLEINEWEFERS GmbH», Germany.

Wallpaper output amounted to 24 m of standard rolls. PVC film for doubling linoleum reached 20 m sq.m.

1992

Establishment of the lease enterprise.

«OZOM» renamed to LE «OZOM».

The labour collective works on state property leasing terms.

1994

Privatisation of the enterprise, establishment of the joint stock company.

LE «OZOM» renamed to JSC «OZOM».

1995

1995 Establishment of the production of coatings for anti-corrosion protection of the external surfaces of underground gas- and oil major pipelines.

1996

Industrial production of doubling wallpaper and cable and footwear compound.

1998

JSC «OZOM» renamed to CJSC «OZOM».

1998

Industrial production of vinyl wallpaper, installation of the pressure-sensitive adhesive film processing line.

1999

Commissioning of a 156 flat residence house for the employees of the CJSC «OZOM».

2000

Wallpaper production is detached in an independent enterprise LLC «KROKUS Ltd».

2001

Industrial production of PVC electric insulation tape.

2011

CJSC «OZOM» renamed to PJSC «OZOM».

2011

Industrial production of bitumen-and-polymer tapes for anti-corrosion protection of gas- and oil pipelines.

2014

Industrial production of bitumen and polymer insulating compound.

2015

Commissioning of the new 2,000 t/year processing line for bitumen-and-polymer tapes for anti-corrosion protection of gas- and oil pipelines.

2016

Industrial production of tapes with butyl rubber adhesive.

2017

Industrial production of mobile road pavement.

Industrial production of of anti-corrosion constructions "ARM-BIZOM".

Organization of production of "Anti-adhesive tape", "Bandage tape UV" and "Bandage tape UV with adhesive layer".

Launching a line for the production of "Hygienic product with antiseptic properties for hands".
