The principle of the PJSC «OZOM» work with its dealers is based upon a customized approach that makes it possible to accomplish the most convenient and efficient flow of work with each partner.

A dealer functions on the basis of the concluded agreement wherein the mutual obligations of the Parties, discount amounts, minimum volumes of purchased products and other commercial terms are described.

A dealer may be entitled for exclusive sales within the fixed area provided he achieves the sales targets and payment terms stipulated in the dealer’s agreement.

Additional powers are given in the course of individual negotiations.
