PJSC «OZOM» at «The Global Oil & Gas 12-14» Exhibition will present materials for corrosion protection of oil and gas pipelines, as well as devices for their application.

ANTI-CORROSION BITUMEN AND POLYMER SYSTEM «BIZOM»

Designed for the corrosion protection of the outer surface of the main underground gas and oil pipelines, product pipelines. Construction anticorrosive bitumen-polymer «BIZOM» consists of «BIZOM-FEED» and a primer (primer) «OZOM-GRUNT». «BIZOM-FEED» is a self-adhesive roll material coated with polyvinyl chloride tape layer of bitumen-polymer mastic protected by an antiadhesive foil to prevent sticking tape windings on the roll. «OZOM-GRUNT» is a homogeneous liquid composition made on the basis of bitumen inhibitors, phenol-formaldehyde resins and solvents. It is used for major repairs (re-isolation), the construction or renovation of pipelines with a diameter of up to 1420 mm, at a temperature of transported product, not exceeding 50°C.

MECHANISM (DEVICE) «WORKER®»

Intended for applying the bitumen-polymeric tape on a 273-1220 mm dia. pipelines. The mechanism (device) «WORKER®» is a sectional frame with stitcher wheels and guiding wheels provided with a pressure mechanism. The frame mounts a spool holder for the bitumen and polymeric insulation tape which tension force is adjustable. The spool holder is equipped with two-coordinate mechanism for adjusting the inclination angle and with a device for forced reel of the anti-adhesion tape. Applied for making basic repairs (re-insulation) on routes and at workshops, construction or reconstruction of dia. 273-1220 mm pipelines. Are installed both on cut or continuous sections of a pipeline.
