Pipeline Protection
«3-PLY NST-800» THREE-PLY TAPE
«3-PLY NST-800» THREE-PLY TAPE
Designed for corrosion protection of outer surfaces of underground oil and gas pipelines, public utility pipelines, gas grids, water conduits, as a part of composite insulation coatings in areas of increased corrosion risks.
The «3-PLY NST-800» three-ply tape is a three-layer coextruded tape with base material consisting of stabilized high-density polyethylene, layered on both sides with butyl rubber adhesive.

APPLICATION
The «3-PLY NST-800» tape is compatible with all standard insulation coatings, including two- and three- layer polyethylene factory coatings.
Compliant with DIN 30672 and EN 12068 International standards, the tape is designed for pipeline corrosion protection in areas of increased corrosion risks. High properties of butyl rubber layer allow for a homogeneous, fully impermeable insulation coating.
The «3-PLY NST-800» tape is designed for mechanical (by coating machines and devices) and manual application to pipe surface at ambient temperatures of +5 to +50 °С (recommended by the manufacturer).
The «3-PLY NST-800» tape’s operating temperature is –20 to +60 °С.
