«INNER NST» POLYETHYLENE TAPE

Designed for corrosion protection of outer surfaces of underground oil and gas pipelines, public utility pipelines, gas grids, water conduits, as part of composite insulation coating.

The «INNER NST» tape is a two-layer coextruded tape. The base material consists of stabilized high-density polyethylene. The adhesive material is a synthetic butyl rubber elastomer.

The «INNER NST» tape comes in four types: «INNER NST-500», «INNER NST-625», «INNER NST-750», «INNER NST-1000».

APPLICATION

The «INNER NST» tape is compatible with all standard anticorrosion coatings, including two- and three-layer polyethylene factory coatings. Compliant with EN-DIN 12068 and AWWA C 214 International standards.

The «INNER NST» tape is designed for mechanical (by coating machines and devices) and manual application to pipe surface at ambient temperatures of +5 to +50 °С (recommended by the manufacturer).

The «INNER NST» tape’s operating temperature is –20 to +60 °С.
