MOBILE ROAD SURFACES «OZOM-ECO»

Mobile road surfaces «OZOM-ECO» (MRS) are designed for construction of temporary roads and multifunctional grounds on wet sandy and clayish soils, as well as on marshlands.

A special feature of these surfaces is their high flexibility and absence of limitations for movement of all types of vehicles.

PRODUCTION

MRS «OZOM-ECO» are produced from polymeric materials. Metal locking connections are built-in at plate edges.

ADVANTAGES

MRS «OZOM-ECO» are a modern alternative for temporary roads from reinforced concrete slabs and broken stone and gravel embankments, which require essential spending of materials, time and work.

APPLICATION

MRS «OZOM-ECO» can be applied in industry and public services to create conditions for realization of a full cycle of construction-and- assembling operations using wheeled and tracked vehicles on wet sandy and clayish soils and for works on fertile (agricultural) soils, as well as on the type 1 wetlands:

• fast construction of temporary and access roads;
• oil & gas field infrastructure development;
• construction of grounds for various purposes;
• construction of temporary grounds, driveways, pedestrian walkways for protection of the upper soil layer (lawn) and earth coverings during public events (concerts, parades, ceremonies, festivals, awards presentations, contests, exhibitions, actions, feasts, organizational arrangements, sporting grounds etc.).

MRS «OZOM-ECO» can withstand loads of wheeled vehicles up to 80 tonnes, wheeled vehicles with axis load up to 40 tonnes, tracked vehicles up to 120 tonnes.

PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL PARAMETERS

INSTALLATION

Installation of MRS «OZOM-ECO» does not require preparation of bedding and is made by a team of 5 persons using an autocrane or a manipulator with load capacity not less than 2 tonnes.

The installation of one plate takes 2 to 3 minutes. 1 km long road may be built within 2 days. MRS are interconnected by locks along longitudinal and transverse edges, which enables making roads and grounds of any configuration.

Installation and operation of MRS «OZOM-ECO» can be done in any season in any climate zone.

TRANSPORTATION

MRS delivery can be made by any type of transport. A long van can take 36 MRS «OZOM-ECO- 1» plates.

STORAGE

MRS «OZOM-ECO» can be stored on open grounds or in sheltered warehouses.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

Application of MRS «OZOM-ECO» allow preserving soil coverings and grass canopy during works on fertile (agricultural) soils.

The material is environmentally friendly, it does not emit contaminants and is resistant to atmospheric impacts.
