MECHANISM (DEVICE) «WORKER® 1200»

Intended for applying the bitumen-polymeric tape on a 1200 mm dia. pipelines.

The mechanism (device) «WORKER® 1200» is a sectional triangular frame with three stitcher wheels and three guiding wheels provided with a pressure mechanism. The frame mounts a spool holder for the bitumen and polymeric insulation tape which tension force is adjustable. The spool holder is equipped with two-coordinate mechanism for adjusting the inclination angle and with a device for forced reel of the anti-adhesion tape.

APPLICATION

Applied for making basic repairs (re-insulation) on routes and at workshops, construction or reconstruction of dia. 1200 mm pipelines. Are installed both on cut or continuous sections of a pipeline.
